About the role We are seeking applications from motivated individuals to join our dedicated Emergency Department - Horsham. This casual position is available for an immediate start and includes working a rotating 7 day, 24 hour roster, working AM, PM and night shifts as requested. This role involves providing administration & clerical support, including telephone & patient / family enquiries, records management, data collection and entry and related secretarial support.  Skills and experience Essential : Proven ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, confidential records Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and iPM Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team Desirable: Certificate III Business Administration Previous experience in a health care environment An understanding of medical terminology About Grampians Health Grampians Health provides healthcare to a large region at our campuses based in Ballarat, Dimboola, Edenhope, Horsham and Stawell.  Our mission is to deliver sustainable healthcare tailored to evolving community and workforce needs.
