Quality Manager | ISO Implementation

The CompanyOur client is a global technology/infrastructure organization that is listed on the NASDAQ with operations in over 50 countries. Having successfully won tenders for multiple large commercial projects, the organisation is establishing a subsidiary in Melbourne that will oversee its Australian operations. The local turnover is estimated to be around $100M-$200M per annum.Due to the immense size and complex nature of local projects, the business is looking for a talented quality manager to work with various senior stakeholders and the PMO team to implement an ISO system and ensure rigid quality and safety management across the businessKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure the contractual, legal, and ISO requirements of the quality system are met and implementedEngage with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops to ensure staff are aware of quality protocols and systemsMaintain the operations of quality systems, ensure key KPIs are met, and prepare performance reports indicating quality statusParticipate in internal and external auditsManage workplace safety and environmental incidents, ensuring processes are followed and incidents are documented correctlyYour ProfilePrevious experience implementing an ISO system and ensuring a business is certifiedPrevious experience working with a business with a large complex asset management needISO9001, AS45001, ISO14001, ISO27001 understanding highly desirableStrong Microsoft Excel, Office, and Powerpoint skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to think autonomouslyConfident presentation skills and articulate written voiceOn OfferOpportunity to work on a very visible project that is a common discussion pointAbility to work with internationally renowned project managers and executivesFlexible work environment that provides work from home as an option 1-2 days a weekModern slick CBD-based officesLarge and social team environmentJoin a dynamic multinational technology organization that is building a substantial presence in Australia.
