Add value to the continued development and success of your clinical team by promoting & encouraging high standards of clinical care.    As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management & success for this aged care service.      About the role    Your main responsibilities will include: the delivery of high-quality person-centered care, HR management, ensuring effective operational procedures are in place, revenue optimisation & adherence of accreditation & quality standards.    You will be expected to contribute to the achievement of budget and performance benchmarks for various homes, whilst implementing and monitoring procedures and standards in line with aged care accreditation & standards.    Your positivity and motivation will play a key part in your management style, and you will be keen to ensure a great working environment for your teams, maximising productivity.
