We are seeking a Supervisor – Blast & Paint who is looking to secure a full-time role within a fun and supportive team. This position is an immediate start for the successful Candidate. This is a hybrid work arrangement , combining Perth based role with occasional on site works as required. Requirements Previous experience as Supervisor for coating works , i.e. blasting-painting, Polyurea Coating, industrial coating, etc. Experience working with Protective Coating Systems in various applications, eg. Conventional & airless spray, roll-on, trowel-on, etc. Solid understanding of projects’ documentations, including but not limited to JHA, project plans, methodologies, risk analysis, QA/QC reports, etc. Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment, eg. Compressor, airless pump, plural spray-reactor, etc. Knowledge and experience in Client’s scope for Protective Coatings , eg. BHP, FMG, Northern Star, Water Corp, Rio Tinto, etc. Formal Qualifications in Protective Coatings ( ACA, NACE, ICorr, or other trade certs ) are highly regarded. Current Driver’s Licence, Construction White Card, Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets, High risk licence with EWP and Forklift are essential. A pro-active, positive attitude and good problem-solving skills. Leadership skills, the ability to hit the ground running. Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment AND ongoing medicals and D&A screens and be able to provide a clean National Police Clearance.
