The Position : Managing staff and site operations Cost control and financial reporting Driving the Safety Culture at site; initiating and implementing project ideas to drive commitment to safety Ensuring Food Safety standards are met and adhered to Liaising with above unit management and support services Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships Function planning and management The Person: Experience in managing site operations within a hospitality environment (10+ years)Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management experience Experience and exposure in financial management practices and reporting Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Experience in motivating and driving a team to success and achieving key KPI’s Knowledge of quality management systems Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems Must have a passion for quality, commitment to delivering outstanding service and a can-do attitude.
