Attracting 18 million guests each year, The Star Entertainment Group’s properties across Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast are world class tourist destinations that offer visitors a diverse selection of award-winning restaurants, bars, cafes, accommodation, and entertainment options.As the Product Manager for Regulatory and Compliance Data Tribe you will work with key stakeholders across the business to prioritise the product backlog and work with virtual team members (covering Star employees and vendors) to continuously deliver new data capability to the business across the Star’s technology platforms.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in enabling a movement away from large and lengthy project implementation towards an agile and lean delivery of continuous product changes.A few of your responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.Working closely with key stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deliver the product roadmapBuild, develop and lead an agile, cross functional team and maintain a prioritised backlog (covering enhancements, incidents and problems), and own the delivery of the backlogDeveloping a new framework / model for the continuous improvement of the Star’s Regulatory and Compliance Data PlatformsManage stakeholder engagement, expectations and communication flow between virtual product development teams, senior business stakeholders (Exco & GM) and key vendors What we are looking for Extensive experience in IT in a dynamic product management role delivering data solutionsAdvanced level of capability across all standard product management knowledge areas and be able to apply to all stages within the product lifecycleExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisationExperience in an environment with a strong systems regulation requirement Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Regulatory and Compliance initiatives at The Star.
