To further support the People & Culture team and wider organisation, we have an opportunity for a driven and creative People & Culture Adviser with a passion for Employee Relations, WHS and an interest in systems and processes, to join our team.    This is a multi-faceted role where you perform a full range of generalist HR activities and will be challenged to develop and think outside of the box with your approach. As a natural communicator, you will positively harness your passion for working with others, share knowledge and engage in continual learning and development.    Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment. Facilitating onboarding, orientations and off boarding processes. Providing support and advice to Managers on performance and people related matters. Providing support in Work Health & Safety matters. Providing best practice HR advice to managers and employees. Assisting with training & development initiatives. Promoting employee wellbeing initiatives. HR administrative duties. About you Success in this role will come from your creative mindset and ability to effectively navigate through HR issues with your generalist experience and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a burning desire to create a positive impact through your employee-centric service and enjoy collaborating with a high performing team. To be considered for this role, you will possess: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Employment Law/Industrial Relations/Employee Relations/Organisational Psychology or a related field. Sound knowledge of employment law, WHS law and related matters. Prior demonstrated experience, and success, working in a similar role. Strong facilitation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge/experience in PayGlobal and ELMO (desirable). Police Clearance. Drivers Licence.
