AND YOU ARE? In addition to  aged care team leadership experience as CCC or Senior RN , you have:  Effective, well-developed verbal and written communication skills AHPRA RN Registration Knowledge of Aged Care standards and regulatory requirements  Proven experience overseeing RNs and care staff  – goal setting and lifting their capacity Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, your responsibilities include: Visibly supporting, educating and mentoring the RNs and care staff Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Providing strong stewardship of well documented care practice  for the facility Identifying and closing complaints and clinical gaps Upholding and improving documentation practices A genuine willingness to ‘muck in’ and help out  where it’s needed  Change management and continuous improvement WHAT MAKES THIS ORGANISATION ONE YOU’D WANT TO WORK FOR?
