Our teams work towards achievable sales and compliance targets. Our Roadside Assistance team is dedicated to helping our members in a time of need which require naturally empathetic individuals who want to go the extra mile to help with every unique and individual case. For anyone who joins RAC WA Sales and Member Service business unit, you will be upskilled with training on various products and services in addition to the initial training you received. This is typically within circa 9-12 months of starting your journey. Upcoming start dates - 7th October - Roadside Assistance (Breakdowns) - Joondalup14th October - Motor Insurance Products - Joondalup/West Perth21st October - Motor Insurance Products - Joondalup/West Perth1st November - Roadside Assistance (Breakdowns) - JoondalupWe offer full time or part time contact centre hours are - 7 days a week Monday – Friday between 7.00am – 10.30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8.30am – 5.00pm. You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.
