• TK Maxx is seeking Retail Store Associates to join our NEW STORE TEAM at NOWRA, NSW. _

About the Role

In your role as a Store Associate at TK Maxx, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, this will include but is not limited to, delivering excellent customer service, sales merchandising and display, and stock management. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience that will keep them coming back. You will also be tasked with the processing and merchandising of stock to drive profitable sales.

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Processing sales and returns
• Maintenance and replenishment of stock
• Visual merchandising of products
• Cooperatively work in a team environment

Skills/Experience

The successful applicant should possess the following:

• Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
• Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Experience in merchandising a range of products

Payrate

• Part-time - from $ 16 - 23 per hour based on General Retail Industry Award
• Casual - from $ 20 - 29 per hour based on General Retail Industry Award

Salary : $16.37 - $23.38 per hour
