You’ll be keen to know your stuff when it comes to our product range (but don’t worry, we’ll give you the training to build your knowledge). And you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get involved with the team to make great things happen. From keeping your branch looking sharp, to running the warehouse, or delivering product, no two days will be the same. As a Trade Counter Salesperson/Driver, here’s what a typical day might look like for you: You’ll work with our customers to give them the help and service they need (and deserve!) You’ll process sales and orders, and prepare customer quotes You’ll maintain the branch warehouse including picking, packing and consigning orders, operating mobile plant and unloading, unpacking and wrapping stock You’ll deliver the product to our customers and give them the “Tradelink service” Ready to start your career? Here’s what you’ll need. You don’t need to have plumbing industry experience, but some retail experience would be great and a “get in and get it done” personality. What really matters is that you’ll know what it means to help people and build relationships. And you’ll really care - about your work, the customers, and the people you work with. You’ll also need: Intermediate computing skills – training in our systems will be given An Open Australian Driver's Licence  To be a team player: honest, reliable, humble and ready to get the job done!
