The Opportunity Due to growth and the acquisition of large scale projects, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant substation and renewable energy projects. Reporting to the Program Manager of our SA office, you will work with a wider team of experienced Project Managers and play a key role in executing all project specific plans, ensuring projects are delivered safely whilst maximising client satisfaction and efficient resource usage. In this role you will: Execute all Project specific plans in line with PMBOK principles  Control project programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors. Authorise construction planning, programming, and on-site completion schedules. Liaise with the Construction Manager / Supervisor regularly to monitor project progress and manage issues as they arise. Monitor and manage project costs and forecasts to budget. Take corrective action early and report on a timely basis About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Minimum 5 years managing projects at a medium to high value ($100m or higher)  Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical Engineering desirable Strong in project delivery and advanced communication skills Ability to plan, monitor and control project activities with a focus on client requirements, productivity, cost, and quality High-level business and commercial acumen Experience in renewables or high-voltage would be highly regarded Flexibility to travel as required  Why Join Us?   At CPP our people are our most important asset.
