We're seeking experienced Spray & Seal Operatives to join their dynamic team, covering the region between Harvey Bay and Bundaberg. About You: Plant Tickets: Hold up-to-date plant tickets or RII's for Roller, Skid Steer, or Dump Truck. Driver's License: Possess an MR or HR driving license. Experience: Have 2-3 years of experience as a spray and seal operative. Safety Certifications: Hold a white or blue card for safety compliance. Transport: Own reliable transportation to get to and from job sites. Flexibility: Be prepared for up to two weeks of away work at a time. Highway Experience: Previous experience working on highway upgrades is advantageous. Availability: Able to work 60 - 70 hours per week. What You'll Be Doing: Site Work: Engage in major civil construction sites and road upgrade projects across QLD. Asphalt Operations: Perform duties related to asphalt operations. Plant Operation: Operate various types of plant machinery as required. Driving Responsibilities: Drive HR trucks when necessary. General Labour: Assist with general labour tasks as directed by site management. Adaptability: Be ready to tackle any other duties as assigned by the site management team.
