Strategy :  You will be directly involved in the focus, design and success of the company's strategic, financial and operational business objectives. Leadership :  In concert with regional leadership, you will ensure that all human and operational sales, marketing and operational resources are provided every opportunity to succeed. Your actions will generate not only growth and profit, but a workforce proud of its achievements, and confident in the future. Collaboration :  You will utilise the company’s internationally acknowledged expertise in human relations, teamwork and relationship building to ensure the best possible platform for success. WHAT YOU WILL BRING… Significant experience in business development enveloping strategic planning for genuine competitive advantage in the provision of local and international company owned and third party logistics services. Proven achievement of collaborative win/win operational and financial initiatives. Experience in the benefits of technology in an industry dependent on measurement, management and productivity. Ability to onboard, train and successfully develop human resources capable of delivering collaborative and profitable financial, operational, and administrative results. Commercial acumen and an eye for strategic alliances and opportunities. An instinct for innovation, and knowledge of progressive trends. A leadership mindset based on empowerment, individual and team success, and structured collaboration with all stakeholders.
