Principal Content Coordinator, Employment, Small Business and Training

As Principal Content Coordinator, you will specifically:• coordinate a review and resultant improvements for the Small Business Disaster Hub, including customer testing, working with vendors, contributing agencies and other stakeholders, monitoring progress, identifying, resolving and escalating issues and/or bottlenecks in consultation with SMEs, suppliers and the production team • adhere to editorial quality assurance processes, adding value and ensuring content complies with web writing standards and styles • work in Business Queensland's content management system (Squiz Matrix) in consultation with the production team, to ensure high-quality content• identify and progress opportunities to present content in alternative formats, for example diagnostic tools, checklists or short videos, in consultation with the production team.Applications to remain current for 12 months
