They are presently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.    About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to drive customer service activities across the business, including building rapport and trust with customers through open communication, assisting with incoming enquiries, and triaging incoming calls and directing to the appropriate internal contact.     You will be responsible for, but not limited to:    Documenting contact notes in the internal system. Triaging calls and directing them to the correct internal contacts. Providing timely responses to customer enquiries by telephone, ensuring that good customer relations are maintained. Providing other support functions to the internal team as required.
