What the day will look likeWork across the business to connect business processes and people with the operating model to deliver world class service to Aon’s clientsManage and coordinate compliance, review, and update processes in relation to the Modern Slavery legislation Supporting the success of the region by working collaboratively with leadership teams by driving process enhancements, delivering change management and governance around our work practices Plan, oversee, communicate, and manage changes amongst our processes not only to internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance but also to peers globallyCommunicate initiatives and partner with key APAC stakeholders and the global Aon communityEngage with heads of departments to develop success stories’ which can be used to showcase progress and outcomes in support of the operating model objectives.Designing the renewals team, the workflow, reviewing processes, communications, and implementation Govern the end-to-end process of contract management, including the quality of submissions and challenging this when needed Adapting existing contracts to reflect new legislations in relation to small businesses and their payment terms, performing standards of all teams involved and escalating urgent matters to leadership where neededLead and mentor an enthusiastic team How this opportunity is differentAs an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
