Permanent Part-Time Trainer and Assessor delivering certificate courses in Individual Support -Taylors Lakes, VIC Be part of an inclusive and supportive national training company Work / Life balance  45 hours per fortnight Due to our RTO's continued growth we are in need of Permanent Part-Time Trainer to deliver certificate courses in Individual Support. The role: Skilling students in a minimum of a Cert II and Cert III to begin or further progress their career path Training and supporting students face to face and online Use your current training experience and play a part in developing people's careers. Imparting not just the theory, but real-life stories of workforce experiences. Enjoy taking the time to communicate a message in different styles and approaches to ensure your message is received by a range of learners. You will have an inclusive and supportive approach to people. And skills to engage, support and empower students to gain the qualification.
