As a service tech, your role will involve travelling (state-wide and at times, interstate) to your clients to deliver: Breakdown and general servicing/maintenance of all makes of air compressors and ancillary equipment Emergency technical service of equipment at any time Identification of any other maintenance that may be required while on site Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will also include: Communicating with the scheduling and operations team daily on any delays or updates effecting the schedule Advising and informing clients, setting expectations and making recommendations regarding their air compressor or ancillary equipment Helping out with general housekeeping and maintenance at the warehouse when needed About you: Backgrounds in fitting & turning, maintenance roles, hydraulics, pneumatics or trades certificates are beneficial but not essential. A background in a Field Service Technician role is also desirable.
