About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team in Muswellbrook in the role of Project Manager. In this influential position, you will be the first point of contact for our company and an integral link for supporting our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing our customer relationship and ensuring that all site activities are executed safely and in line with plan and budget while actively promoting Hitachi parts and service solutions. Reporting to the After Sales and Major Projects Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring that HCA safety culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else Planning, coordinating and safely executing related equipment maintenance, reliability and warranty tasks in line with project schedules, budget and customer requirements. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved and in line with Hitachi specification Providing high-level customer support and communication to key customer contacts at all levels. Providing accurate and timely reporting in conjunction with technical expertise to support our Hitachi products. Ability to provide proactive solutions to problems and delivering on customer expectations To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant trade qualifications and proven Supervisory/Project Management experience. Proven experience managing similar projects involving mobile equipment in the mining industry. High level interpersonal, time management, negotiating and influencing skills. Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple priorities to strict deadlines.
