  • THE OPPORTUNITY

Park House are on the hunt for an experienced Cellar Manager to join the team. As a

, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure all delivered product is of the highest quality
  • Manage & liaise with suppliers & senior management
  • Maintain stock at adequate levels for trade and received correctly into inventory
  • Manage appropriate stock movements throughout the venue
  • Supplying and managing the bar back team to ensure all our bars are set up for trade
  • Participate in servicing the floor during trade
  • General maintenance and cleanliness of the cellar and loading dock areas
  • Be across stocktake procedures, and implement controls & solutions as needed
  • Maintenance of all venue equipment, furnishings and infrastructure to a high standard whilst staying within budget constraints

WHO ARE YOU

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

  • Experienced in Hotel & Retail stock inventory, including using purchase orders invoices
  • Demonstrate Repair and Maintenance knowledge
  • Experience in Food & Beverage stocktake
  • Sound understanding of Ordering & Budget control
  • Have Cellar & Beer Line maintenance knowledge
  • Strong WHS knowledge
  • Cash handling ability
  • Must have a forklift license
