Minutes to Seconds is looking for an Environment Integration Manager in a Contract role in Canberra. Requirements Key duties may include, but are not limited to: • Design, configure, test and implement complex integration solution associated with components such as Sterling, Data power/API Connect for Services Australia applications as well as Shared Service agencies. • Work on multiple complex projects such as Customer Contact Management, Telephony projects, Offsite scanning replacement projects etc and deliver the required configuration changes on the required project delivery timelines. • Prepare a range of technical documentations and reports for the project changes (including SoPs, Disaster recovery and Technical Recovery procedure documents). • Review and advise on a range of infrastructure solutions including technical design documentation, implementation plans, test plans and support procedures. • Work with Monitoring team in setting up alerts and messages to track and manage the system status and its performance. • Work with Database teams in the finetuning the application performance. ensure the system changes align with cyber policies and standards. • Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve the project outcomes. • Provide broad technical support in the operationalisation and maintenance of the integration system components such as Sterling, ISAM/ISVA, Data Power, API Connect. • Assist the application teams in the investigation of production incidents and problems. • Escalation of issues/risks to Senior leaders in a timely manner. assist and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise regarding industry standards. Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include: • Sterling, Data Power, API Connect, Java, JSON, JavaScript, Python, IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), DEVOPS, DB2, SQL, WebSphere, Unix, Bash, OpenShift/OpenStack, Automation and containerisation of SOA Platform Integration applications and services. Mandatory Criteria • A high level of demonstrated experience in Sterling, Data Power and API Connect technology and its use in a complex ICT environment. • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with integration technologies (REST APIs/Web Services, secured File Transfer protocols). • Experience working with system administration and automation technologies (DevOps techniques, CI/CD scripts, Python/Bash scripting, JavaScript, J2EE, JSON, Linux server fundamentals). Weighted Criteria • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following systems - Sterling, Data Power, API Connect, Java, JSON, JavaScript, Python, DB2, SQL, WebSphere, Unix and their use in a complex ICT environment. • Experience in working with OpenShift/OpenStack technologies. • Demonstrated experience in a service-oriented environments, including design and operational support. • A high degree of organisational and time management skills, including demonstrated ability to meet priorities and work to tight deadlines. • Work independently and escalate issues/risks in a timely manner
