Description and Requirements Are you experienced in the Education or childcare sector and looking at stepping up into a leadership role? THIS is the role for you!About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationAbout the schoolCanning vale OSHCLUB is looking for a Coordinator to lead their team of educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old. As Coordinator, you are required to have following availabilities Monday - Friday between 6:30 - 9:00 AM (Rise then Shine) - 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM (Stay then Play program) totalling to 35.50 hours per week (including 4 hours admin) You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Who are we looking for?
