Permanent full time position $53,900 annual salary + Superannuation, min 38 hours/week
Must have min 2 years experience as barista in café doing 30-40kgs coffee weekly
Min 5 years experience in hospitality and customer service
Diploma or equivalent in hospitality school
Exceptional late art skills
Be able to dial in grinder and adjust as humidity rises and falls
Be ableto clean and maintain equipment including but not limited to coffee machine, grinder
Follow recipes and instructions and be prepared to adapt their method to our method
Experience in cold brew and iced tea batch brewing
Passion for coffee and interest in creating drink specials
Excellent customer service
collecting payment for sales and operating cash registers
Reliable
