Your New Role

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide vital support to two thriving Vinnies directorates. You will provide key administrative assistance with high levels of initiative and enthusiasm, whilst establishing and nurturing important relationships at all levels of the organisation. To be successful in this autonomous and dynamic role you will need previous experience in a fast paced senior level Executive Assistant position.

Your responsibilities include the following but are not limited to :

  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure appropriate responses are provided - clear and comprehensive details are taken and delivered
  • Effectively coordinate and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the Executive Director including the production of an annual calendar of key dates.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Vinnies Services management team, including administration of Committee meetings and organisational policy processes.
  • Manage and oversee projects as directed by the Executive Director, including the development of plans for such projects based on desired outcomes and approved
  • Review submissions to the Executive and assess for clarity, style, purpose or objective, and request further clarification or edits from the author and submit to the executive when ready.

To be successful, you will need :

  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure appropriate responses are provided - clear and comprehensive details are taken and delivered
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to establish and maintain professional
  • Ability to travel regularly across NSW, between Lewisham and Woolloomooloo sites
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and keep information confidential
  • Experience in minute taking at senior level.
