Role Overview: As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the HSEQ Systems Manager to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of safety compliance programs, particularly in support of large-scale windfarm construction and operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at ensuring a safe working environment, including audits, training development, compliance monitoring, and providing expert guidance to foster a culture of safety across all operational sites. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of safety compliance programs under the guidance of the HSEQ Systems Manager. Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to enhance workforce safety awareness. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including safety representatives, to promote a collective approach to safety management. Assist in the documentation of policies and procedures related to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). Qualifications and Experience: Minimum certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS). Desirable: Experience with OFSC Audits and Requirements. Experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures related to health and safety. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and progress in the field.
