You'll join a PDM team under Project Services - Engineering, working closely with both the Delivery and Advisory streams. This isn't just another technical support role; it's an opportunity to be a key player in a team that delivers high-quality data management and control for some of the largest projects globally. You'll be hands-on with systems configuration, from troubleshooting to implementing enhancements, and even managing our PDM Technical ticketing system. What We’re Looking For: A skilled Business Analyst with a strong grasp of major project and engineering requirements. Expertise in InEight Document, with a focus on configuration and administration. Knowledge of SharePoint (bonus points if you're familiar with database management and APIs). A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives on improving systems and processes. This role offers a unique blend of flexibility and global impact. While you''ll be based in Perth or Brisbane, you'll have the freedom to manage your hours, whether you're solving issues in Australia or providing specialist training across different time zones.
