Description : About you

We are looking for someone who can help us deliver high levels of tenant satisfaction and who can demonstrate actions that will reflect the values that Argyle Housing places on its people, teamwork, and our commitment to superior customer service.

Primary Purpose

As Reception & Admin Support your role is to support the Rent Services Team who undertake all rent data processing, information and reporting requirements associated with Argyle Housing property and clients.

This role will be responsible for :

  • Carry out general administrative tasks that support the Rent services Team and organisational needs.
  • Maintain and update client records and file notes
  • Work within relevant systems to manage all general administrative and clerical services, which may include filing systems, raising call logs and work orders, data entry, handling and receipt of monies, maintaining office supplies, banking and maintaining petty cash
  • All other reasonable tasks as directed by manager

About the role

Full-time position, working 35 hours per week, based at our Argyle Housing Gregory Hills or Bowral Office.

Skills and Experiences : Selection Criteria/Essential Skills - To ensure success in this position, you must have:

  • Qualification in business administration (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills with experience in MS Office
  • Ability to develop and produce high quality reports within designated time frames
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles
