Chef/Cook - The Coffee Club Coolangatta

The Opportunity Our team needs passionate Chefs/Cooks to contribute towards the success of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen which will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.. Passion for great food, coffee, and all things hospitality is a must. Additionally, we'd love someone with at least 1 years' previous experience in a similar café or restaurant environment who is able to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday. Key responsibilities will include: You'll need to be able to help out anywhere in the kitchen to support your team, but you core duties will include:    Day-to-day kitchen duties like service and prep;    Cooking of short order brunch style menu items;    Follow procedures and directions to maintain the kitchen to a high standard of product quality and hygiene.
