This is a part time (0.6 FTE), Permanent role based in Blackburn with WFH/Hybrid options available.  About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager Policy and Research, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:  Provide authoritative advice on ethics and integrity issues impacting AV workforce and operations Ensure AV organisational wide compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures and industry best practice relating to ethics and integrity at AV Benchmark Ambulance Victoria Integrity Framework to ensure AV implements leading practice ethical and integrity standards Monitor legislative requirements relating to ethical and integrity issues and undertake continuous improvement of policies, procedures and processes relating to ethics and integrity issues at AV Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to managers to build their understanding of ethical and integrity obligations and principles  About you   To be considered for this position you will possess:  Qualifications or demonstrated experience in public policy, law, ethics, or risk and compliance or similar are desirable Proven experience in providing professional and authoritative advice on ethical integrity issues Sound understanding of the Victoria integrity system including legislation, policies processes, corporate governance, and ethics Experience in developing and implementing governance, ethics, and integrity related policies, strategies, and standards Advance analytical and critical writing skills, with the capacity to identify strategic and systemic issues Ability to manage highly sensitive and complex matters  Working at AV As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
