A DAY IN THE LIFE Centrally located in the revitalised suburb of Subiaco, the Itch offices are basically brand new (and we have to say… pretty darn cool!). You are surrounded by numerous coffee shops, retail and restaurants, making lunchtime a great time to get out for a mooch around. Getting to the offices is a breeze thanks to excellent public transport; the train station is 2 minutes from the office. There is also a car park located directly underneath our building. Once you arrive you will catch the lift upstairs to Itch. Here, you will find a bright, vibrant and inspiring open plan working environment. The office fills quickly in the morning, with the team all generally being in to touch base, and then you settle into your workday. SO, WHAT'S INVOLVED? This is an end-to-end role, focusing on permanent recruitment in Accounting & Finance. You will have some fabulous clients (a mix of commercial and public practice) ready and waiting. You will need to juggle: - Recruitment consultation - Candidate care and client relationship management - Maintenance of your records - Business development Your job will be to consult with clients concerning their recruitment needs: assessing culture, structure and key characteristics of their role and their company; believing that placing the right person in the right job is far more important than hitting targets. You won’t last long here if you are all about the money. Whilst you will have excellent admin support (with a dedicated Recruitment Wingman), there is an expectation you will take ultimate responsibility for maintaining and tracking your workflow within company systems and standards.
