The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for Stud Park Shopping Centre in Melbourne and managing general accounts and administration, month end activities and providing support to the Centre Management Team. How you will make an impact Raise and process purchase orders. Manage recurring and billing process. Reconciliation of tenant ledgers. Tracking centre arrears, debt collection. Attend and support with reception and customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails and assisting customers and contractors. Manage stationary orders and general office management. Build effective relationships with contractors and retailers. Review monthly rent role for Centre Management team. Monthly sales and retailer communication. Extended trade calculations and ad hoc billing. Supporting the Centre Manager, Operations Manager and Marketing Manager. About You Experience in administration support role within Shopping Centre Management would be desirable. Demonstrate strong understanding and experience within finance with exposure to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong customer service delivery.
