Project Support Officer (VPSG4) - Fixed term 2 years. Project Support Officer (VPSG4) - Fixed term 2 years. This role reports to the Director Policy and Programs and will provide executive support, workflow coordination, and administration support to multiple projects and programs across the Policy and Programs Branch and the Inclusive Education Division, including the response to the NDIS Review and Disability Royal Commission, and the implementation of the I CAN program. Key accountabilities of the roll include: Providing executive support, including scheduling, meeting support and office administration Providing administrative support and workflow coordination to multiple project and programs Supporting information management and record keeping Quality assurance and streamlining feedback on project documentation, ministerial briefings and correspondence Supporting procurement, contract management and common funding / service level agreement activities Supporting the processing of invoices and payments, and Service Agreement Management System (SAMS) processes Other duties as required.
