You will Define roadmaps to promote and embed a positive engineering culture, ensuring alignment at practice level.We’re interested in hearing from people who can:Support Engineering Managers/Chapter Leads to build, lead and inspire engaged teams of Engineers.Implement, evolve and support consistent ways of working across the domain and CBA that align to industry standards.Co-define with Engineering Practice Leads and implement strategies with respect to hiring, developing and retaining world class engineering talent and develop metrics to measure their execution and understand the value of and enable growth of diverse teams.Support Engineering Practice Leads to influence change that increases the flow of valuable engineering outcomes.Role model a culture of engineering empowerment, autonomy, psychological safety and constructive challenge.Establish excellent relationships demonstrating an enterprise mindset across the Engineering Community and with delivery stakeholders.Support teams to allocate time for code review, refactoring and tech debt elimination over feature delivery.Tech Skills:We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
