The Role: In consultation with the Manager, you will provide clinical care leadership, skill development and mentoring with regards to all resident clinical care needs. You will join a team that is providing the highest standard of clinical care and support for our residents residing in our aged care home to improve their quality of life. Travel allowance for employees who live 60+ kms from Illawarra Fitness Passport – Access to your local gym/facility as well as over 200 more throughout the country Work in an intentional workplace culture, working with inspiring people who have passion and heart Support via EAP and access to 24/7 support via the LifeWorks App New Hourly Rate :  $41.37 - $55.10 depending on hours of service + NFP Benefits + Super Who we're looking for:  You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded) You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge You’ll have availability to work night shifts You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Services You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team You may have the ability to speak a second language - Macedonian, Croatian, Italian or similar (highly desirable but not essential) Onboarding:  If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program in Shellcove. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care. Our On-boarding is held weekly.
