As they  continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join the  team. About the Role We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Fitter to assemble, install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of various mechanical systems, including troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues as they arise. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals Assemble, install, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and implement appropriate solutions Repair or replace defective parts as needed Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use hand and power tools effectively Excellent attention to detail and precision Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed If you are a skilled Mechanical Fitter looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to our clients continued success, we encourage you to apply.
