Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk (AJ7395)

An opening for an experienced Service Advisor has become available as my client’s business continues to expand.  A well-established, privately owned company and been in business nearly 50 years.  Their focus - delivering excellent customer service, striving for nothing but the best for the customers, many of which continue to return for parts, service and for when it is time to turn over the major investment – their vehicle… The companie’s location is a stunning part of the South-East Queensland region, it is one of the most fertile farming areas in the world. The area grows the most diverse range of fruit and vegetables in Australia and has a climate that offers a maximum temperature 20 – 30 degrees. Escape the city! What the role entails: Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with dealership customers’ as they return for vehicle servicing. Take bookings, prepare invoices and receive payments. Liaise with and/or order parts as required. Follow up on the progression of vehicle servicing with Service Department personnel. Upsell parts/labour to your service customers thus optimizing departmental profit.   What we are looking for: Experience as an automotive service advisor within a dealership environment Warranty processing knowledge Enthusiasm, great customer service skills Accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism Effective communication & people skills If you enjoy working in a team environment, dealing with the public and can manage pressure, please apply.  An attractive remuneration package consisting of retainer, commission and super is on offer.
