Site Supervisor

$140K - $180K base + super + bonuses + car, AND all accommodation sorted.

Your new team is a collective group of professionals, recognised industry leaders in providing professional and highly specialised engineering services to the Civil Construction, Transport Infrastructure and Mining industries.

As a Site Construction Supervisor, you will monitor all aspects of projects that the in-house engineering team have planned. Oversee a team ranging from 10 to 40 labourers, ensure the project is adequately resourced, and that quality, health and safety standards are met.

These are not your ordinary projects either, think remote sites requiring helicopter access, landslip remediation and rockfall protection.

About you

• 4 years’ of similar experience in ground support / Geotech industry.
• Knowledge of ground anchoring, rockfall protection and slope stability.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Reporting skills, to clients and management.
• Practical, self-starter and filled with initiative.
• Commitment to and understanding of health and safety, onboarding, and induction processes.
