Position Available: Finance Administrator - Finance and Administration Location:  Fremantle, Western Australia Company: We are a leading provider of administrative and financial services to the Department of Transport, delivering excellent support to ensure efficient operations.   About the Role:  We are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join our Finance and Administration team in Fremantle, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing activities within standard processes, managing workloads efficiently, and delivering exceptional service to allocated contracts.   Key Responsibilities:  - Complete activities within standard in-scope processes, prioritizing daily contract requirements. - Proactively manage workload to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. - Act as a daily point of contact between Finance & Administration function and contract personnel. - Maintain excellent knowledge of standard processes and systems, providing feedback for improvement opportunities. - Effectively balance contract requirements with the priorities of the Finance & Administration function. - Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies. - Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.   Requirements: - Proven experience in Procure-to-Pay functions and Time entry & management (Payroll). - Detailed knowledge and experience in SAP/Ariba. - Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Applications. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and produce quality work.- Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship or visa sponsorship).   Desirable Skills: - Experience across different service lines within company. - Ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team.   Special Conditions: - Must be eligible to work in Australia (citizenship or visa sponsorship).   How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your application including a resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and skills.   Apply:  Click the Apply button or email your resume to info@tracksis.com.au and or call our office for further information 1300 320 501 About Us:   Tracks Integrated Services is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white-collar staff to the building, infrastructure, and resources sectors across Australia.
