GEOCON are now on the lookout for their next Development Coordinator superstar to join the team.   As the Development Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of developments from the first stage of inception through to the finished product. You will be working closely with the business operations including the inhouse construction team, design, sales and marketing functions. Stakeholder engagement is crucial in this role, you will be key in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring projects are in alignment and delivered seamlessly.   Other than joining this incredible team, making an impact in the Canberra property development market and having continuous career development you will also see yourself executing the key deliverables for assigned developments, undertake thorough market research and analysis. Your ability to make connections and valued relationships is essential as you will be engaging with stakeholders and sales agents. You will also be assisting in the management of preparation for leases and sales, preparation of project collateral, sales team, marketing team and much more.   So who are you? You bring with you experience in the property industry or the ability to learn quickly and have a genuine interest in property and property development. You poses strong organisation skills paired with exceptional written and verbal communication. Your time management skills and ability to prioritise work is unmatched and thrive working in a team environment. You also bring with you experience in the ACT planning regime and leasehold system or have the ability to pick this up quickly.
