As part of this transformative journey, Novartis has recently introduced the newly created role of State Government Affairs & Partnership Manager.As a key member of our Public Affairs team, you will be responsible for:• Engage with state government, state-based institutions, private sector organisations, and think tanks to unlock patient access to medicines.• Your mission will be to establish and maintain trusted relationships with key state government stakeholders, including politicians, advisors, and departmental officials. By leading partnerships that enhance Novartis' reputation and improve patient health outcomes, you will play a vital role in shaping the healthcare landscape.• You will have the opportunity to deliver new partnerships and funding agreements with state governments, accelerating access to life-changing Novartis medicines. • As the key point of contact for Novartis within your designated state, you will lead environment shaping activities and initiatives with government stakeholders, universities, and the private sector. Your efforts will remove barriers to accessing Novartis medicines, ensuring that patients receive the care they need.
