Our model offers unparalleled opportunities for consultants with ambition, vision and proven expertise, providing:The opportunity to contribute significantly to key decisions, including the overall strategic direction of our organization.Meaningful opportunity for equity ownership with significant financial and intangible rewardsThe ability to provide “thought leadership” on a wide range of technical and business issues impacting our core markets.An extension of ERM’s market position and reach with your established relationships to further drive our growth.ROLE PROFILE:To support the successful delivery of ERM Australia Pacific Air Quality projects and objectives by:Initiating and leading sales efforts, including managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, proposal writing and deliveryProject management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performanceClient engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successesBuilding effective working relationships within project team, discipline and business needssatisfaction/ Meet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations, and internal and contract requirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 7 - 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment, with the following:Tertiary qualifications (or higher) in engineering, science, meteorology or chemistryUnderstanding of the regulatory requirements and relevant legislationAbility to build and maintain effective working relationshipsStrong initiative with the ability to work independently where requiredHigh level Excel skills including data manipulationFlexibility to conduct a variety of assessment and tackle complex problems using innovative solutionsProject management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performanceClient engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successesProven ability to complete projects within budget and on scheduleA genuine desire to work with a great team and to mentor and develop your colleaguesExperience in air quality dispersion modellingERM does not accept recruiting agency resumes.
