The Opportunity You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand to our customers by ensuring they receive the highest quality of service. Working to provide our valued customers with the best experience and provide first contact resolutions. Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web, email. Maintain our CRM Database of customer information. Work with our customers to help make a sustainable future possible. About You In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication and problem-solving skills while making a meaningful impact on our customers each day. Previous experience in a contact centre or data entry environment is preferred but not essential as you will gain full training.  A genuine desire to provide an exceptional customer experience. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication.
