About the Role : We have an exciting role available for a National Visual Merchandiser Manager to join our Stylerunner team. You will be responsible for the overall aesthetic and environment of our Bricks & Mortar stores across ANZ.

Your Key Responsibilities will include :

  • Develop VM Guidelines for instore execution and merchandising excellence.
  • Create a master database of all fixtures, fittings and specs relevant to each location.
  • Create a tone of voice and bank of messages for our outlet business.
  • An understanding of customer experience and operational needs, in order to support our AMs and SM adjust the visual standards accordingly based on business needs.
  • Good analytical skills, detail orientated, assertiveness with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders
  • Communicate and effectively manage all stakeholders on expectations and timelines related to projects.
  • Be a team player and flexible in order to help the marketing team achieve KPIs

To be successful, you will need to have :

  • Demonstrated experience in retail visual merchandising in a multi-site capacity.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail including accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be organized with strong time management skills
  • Highly Dynamic and adaptable work ethic
  • Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to be dependable, follow instructions, respond to management direction.
