Customer Service Officer ? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer who has a caring iendly nature, an, initiative, a positive 'can do' attitude. The suitable cte will join our friendly team in our Aspley Hearing Centre as well as provide ongoing support to our Strathpine & Mitchelton Hearing Centres. The ability to work on is a must for this positon. During the day, this role will see you: Positively greet clients, attend to all counter ntact, Confirmation of appointments Liaising extensively with our clients comprising children, young adults, children with additional needs, complex needs adults, clients with multicultural & Aboriginal rres Strait Islbackgrounds Reception neral administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry. Proactively identify client needs fer professional advice on assistive listening devices Minor hearing aid repairs, accurate checking nfidential of the repairs Assisting Clinicians with the provision of clinical services to our clients Demonstration of the use of hearing aids ovide practice with clients Electronic payments ily settlement Administrative duties including monthly reports ecks We believe to be successful; you will have:
