MARS Recruitment is one of Australia’s leading recruitment agencies. We are growing our team and are hiring for the position of Recruitment Manager (Technology Division) in Perth.

We offer an exciting work environment and we work with some major businesses as clients across Australia. This is a position for an experienced recruitment consultant who also has the ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters with focus on the tech recruitment sector. The position is full-time.

Responsibilities :

  • Taking job briefs from clients
  • Creating advertising material specific to the role
  • Interviewing job seekers
  • Maintaining strong relationships & rapport with existing clients
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readiness
  • Leading and managing a team of recruiters
  • Providing recruitment and labour-hire solutions to clients

Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years’ recruitment experience
  • Ability to lead and manage a recruitment team
  • Experience working in agency or large internal recruitment setting
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solutions orientated approach

Salary : $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
