The Facility: This hospital delivers services to over 94,000 people and a further 75,000 people annually at country emergency departments.

The Role: The hospital is looking for an experienced O&G Consultant to join the Women's Unit. Provide a high quality Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) service at both a clinical and administrativelevel and work within the bounds of commonly accepted good clinical practice.

Supervise junior medical staff to ensure appropriate provision of patient care, helping achieve our vision of excellence in rural and remote health.

The department cares for approx. 750 births each year and provides both antenatal and gynaecological public outpatient clinics, including general gynaecology, urogynaecology, colposcopy and laparoscopic surgery for the south west region.

The Requirements: You must hold the FRANZCOG or have been assessed by RANZCOG as substantially comparable.
