As a high Level Assistant you will provide expert support - making sure that every aspect is maintained to the highest level and reporting directly to the Group General Manager

This position is not a traditional support position. It will involve providing operations, administrative, organisational, personal and adhoc support on an as needed basis. The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can think outside of the box.

  • Be willing and able to organise tasks and get the job done
  • Have relevant experience as a EA/PA, Brand Manager, high level Assistant, F&B Manager, Purchasing/Procurement Manager, Personal Assistant, or other equivalent roles
  • Have experience managing a number of tasks with competing priorities
  • Ability to assist wherever is necessary which could mean administrative support/operational support
  • Have flexibility and be available for travel interstate and/or overseas travel (advantageous)
  • Be creative and have the confidence and ability to generate new ideas
  • Show initiative and passion
  • Be flexible in work hours, location and tasks
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have great interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships
  • Be a self-starter who will do what it takes to get the job done
  • Have advanced skills in all MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Hospitality/Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not essential
