Kingston Active's Waves Leisure Centre is located in Highett and offers a range of aquatic programs including Learn to Swim for approximately 2500 students per term. Working within a team of 60 casual swim teachers, this rewarding role offers a range of shift times and ability to work across a number of our Aquatic Programs.  The role We are seeking a Learn to Swim Instructor professional to join the Aquatics Team with the Kingston Active team. Reporting to Aquatics Supervisor your role is to: Plan and conduct Learn to Swim classes Provide assessment reports of students and monitor progress Provide excellent customer service to swim school students and parents Provide regular feedback to students and parents on their progress About you We are looking for someone with: Qualified Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Experience in planning and preparing for swim lessons and keeping progress records Experience in teaching a range of age groups and swimming levels Teacher of Infant and Pre-school aquatics is required- already hold the qualification or willing to obtain.  What we can offer This is a casual role.
