The Opportunity As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the entirety of ourpany's fixed-line voice and data network, as well as its associated product range. Taking an active and hands-on approach, you'll lead initiatives that maximize the utilization of our resources, driving us closer to our strategic objectives. Your role will be instrumental in developing innovative programs that ensure our sustained success andpetitive edge in the market. What you'll do Supervise theplete lifecycle of Macquarie Tel's product suite, operations support systems, and network technology, tailored specifically to the mid-market. Lead the product team and formulate strategies for developing new products, while also ensuring operational efficiency across the entire product range. Direct a team of Project Managers responsible for executing transformation programs aimed at optimising people, systems, and processes within projects. Conduct thorough research on industry trends and emerging technologies to develop strategic long-term plans, ensuring that our network management systems consistently meet service assurance standards and drive customer satisfaction. Manage the cost structure and positioning of the Telco product portfolio, ensuringpetitiveness and profitability. Drive efforts to enhance and standardise network design and architecture, prioritising consistency, simplicity, and maintainability. Your ideal skills & experience 10+ years' experience in a leadership capacity within product management roles in the Telmunications industry. Solid understanding of VoIP and UC as a Service, Hosted Telephony, and SIP Trunking products. Extensive knowledge for a diverse range of technology and telmunications products, including SD-WAN, SASE, PSTN voice, SDN, and NBN.
